Shopfront:
Shopfronts will be provided to all units comprising polyester powder coated entry doors (complete with floor springs and brushed s/s steel ironmongery), thermally broken curtain wall window sections with pressure caps. Clear glass double glazed fixed window units.
Above the shopfronts will be space for signage and ventilation grilles, being prefabricated PPC louvres with insect mesh and insulated backing panels, min 60% free area.
Internals design criteria:

Floor finishes:
Tamped Floor.
Wall and ceiling finishes:
Undecorated or finished block or concrete walls. Flat soffit concrete slab.

100mm diameter stub stack to each unit.
100mm duct to each unit for future connection of BT/data services by tenant.
Fire alarm interface panel in each unit linked to the building fire alarm panel in the residential reception areas.
Extract duct facilities:
Pianoworks has provision for one kitchen extract duct to roof in the main north riser.
Bath House has provision for one extract duct in the north and south risers.
