Barking Council's inspirational regeneration strategy aims to provide local people with better prospects, a greater choice of housing and a healthier living environment. The Lifelong Learning Centre, housed within the rebuilt Central Library of Barking, is a key part of that plan.
A full range of education, library, IT training and employment services will be on offer, primarily targeting the education, health and social care sectors, whilst The Centre itself provides a superb place in which to relax and socialise.
